KNIGHTS LOOK TO CLINCH QUALIFIER 1 AND BOOK A PLACE IN THE FINAL | QUALIFIER 1 TKR VS GAW | CPL 2023

The Knights face-off against Guyana in Qualifier 1 of this season of CPL. The journey to the playoffs for the Knights has been a brilliant one and they have consistently performed as a unit. Their mindset for this game would be no different as they would be looking to put forth a dominant performance and seal their spot in the finale. 

Throughout the season, TKR’s strength has been their all-round performances, where all three departments have backed up each other. The accurate bowling has been backed up by some sensational batting performances and vice-versa. Skipper Kieron Pollard has led the troops from the front and has been one of the key reasons the Knights have reached the playoffs. Similarly, all the seasoned professionals have been impressive all through the season, making TKR’s journey to the playoffs an epic one. 

As they move into the playoffs, the Knights will be determined to clinch their fifth CPL title and would be looking to get past Guyana in the Qualifier 1. Their mindset will be to look to seal the victory in a commanding fashion and give out performances consistently as they have done through the season.
