PERSISTENT TKR LOOK TO ESTABLISH DOMINANCE | TKR VS SLK | CPL 2023

The Knights take on the Saint Lucia Kings next at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad. This would be Round Two of the TKR vs SLK encounter and the Knights have a score to settle from their last encounter. A rampant TKR unit will look to be relentless in their approach and put yet another win in their bag. 

In their previous game, the Knights put up a strong team performance as the batters and bowlers equally contributed to the win and they were well backed up by the fielders. Narine starred with the ball as he picked up crucial wickets and gave away very few runs to keep the opposition batters strangled. The Guptill-Pooran duo put up a huge partnership to finish off the major chunk of the run chase as big Dre-Russ put the final touches. 

Moving into their next challenge, the Knights will be motivated to put yet another strong team performance to stay at the top of the table. As they move towards the end of the league stages, TKR would hope to be as consistent as possible and push their way steadily close to clinching the trophy.
