In response, the chase was built steadily, with Lizelle Lee providing an aggressive start at the top and Jonassen holding the innings together in the middle. Despite a late push, the team fell just short, finishing on 123/9, six runs adrift of the target. While the result did not swing in their favour, there were many positives to take, from disciplined bowling to flashes of batting brilliance, giving TKR Women a strong foundation to build on as they look ahead to the rest of the season and come back strong in their next game.
