The Knights take on the Jamaica Tallawahs in their next game, at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad. Just like their previous encounter, TKR will be looking to replicate a dominant performance and jump up to the top of the table.
In their last game, it was Nicky P who starred with the bat scoring his second CPL century and putting the Knights in a commanding position. Pooran had already mentioned that he wanted to bat through the innings and make the most of his chances at no 3 and he did exactly that in that spectacular innings. The bowling department has been a strength for the Knights and they delivered with crucial wickets at regular intervals to help TKR register a second win over the Royals in this season.
As the Knights look ahead towards their next encounter, they will be looking to put on a solid performance and dominate as they try and win their fifth game of the season. The Knights have performed as a unit throughout the season and they will be eager to get this win in their bag and strengthen their position to qualify for the playoffs in the top-two spots this season.
