The Knights face the Barbados Royals in their second home game at the Queen’s Park Oval. The TKR women put up a great show last night against the GAW-W and gave a magnificent effort. They would be looking to replicate something similar and clinch their first win of the tournament.
In the previous games, the Knights put on a display of excellent bowling and sensational fielding. The duo of Marie Kelly and Anisa Mohammed picked up a whopping 8 wickets between themselves. On the other hand, Mignon du Preez was on fire in the field as she grabbed two outstanding catches and supported the bowlers with the extra effort in the field. The World Boss Deandra Dottin left her mark on the game as she scored a quick fire innings.
Overall, the Knights had plenty of positives to pick out from their last game and they will be hoping to deliver a similar performance in the next game and go a mile further and clinch a win. The TKR women will be determined to perform as a unit and support each other’s efforts in the field.
